National Endowment For The Arts Grants August 8, 2009 The National Endowment for the Arts have designated Toni Simmons as an American Masterpiece for the 2008-2009 performing season.  This designation recogonizes Toni's outstanding contribution to the Arts throughout the United States and internationally.
